What to do right now
- Call us at (770) 555-0100. Emergency dispatch answers 24 hours a day, including holidays.
- Contain interior damage. Move furniture, put a bucket under the drip, and if it's safe, poke a small hole in a sagging ceiling to control the water release into a container.
- Photograph everything. Your insurance carrier will want documentation from before we tarp.
- Don't climb on the roof. Especially in rain. We'll get there fast.
What we do when we arrive
- Emergency tarp with sealed edges to stop active water intrusion
- Document damage with time-stamped photos suitable for your insurance claim
- Give you a plain-English read on whether this is a full replacement or a repair
- Coordinate with your carrier if it's a claim situation
Emergency dispatch fee
After-hours tarp visits are $450 flat within our service area. Applied as a credit toward your permanent repair if you go with us.
